Damon L. Wright has been involved with commercial real estate since 1991 as an investor and developer. In 2004, he obtained his real estate license. Currently he sits on the Bancorp Regional Board of Directors and Mercy Foundation Board of Directors. Damon previously sat on the Fort Smith Chamber of Commerce board as well as the Fountain of Youth Adult Daycare Center board. Damon has a BA degree in Accounting from the University of Tulsa, is currently pursuing his CCIM designation, and holds a broker’s license in both Arkansas and Oklahoma.;

Jerry Seiter is a lifelong resident of Fort Smith and graduate of Northside High School. Jerry graduated from the University of Arkansas with a BA in Industrial Engineering and worked for 10 years at USA Truck. He is an active member of Immaculate Conception church and stands as the Treasurer for IC Men’s Club.

Jerry has been licensed in Arkansas and Oklahoma since 2006.

Jim Nunnelee began his real estate career with the Commercial/Industrial Division of the Henry S. Miller Company in Dallas, Texas. He later moved to Nashville, Tennessee where he co-founded Nunnelee & Frey Commercial Real Estate. After selling the company in 1990 he returned to Fort Smith where he founded Nunnelee Commercial Properties, at that time the only exclusively commercial brokerage firm in this part of the state.

Jim soon became the premier commercial real estate broker in the area listing and selling more commercial real estate than any of his competitors. His client list and list of completed transactions is extensive. Jim has developed several commercial properties for his own account as well as for the accounts of others.

Jim has a BA Degree in Economics, sits on the Board of BancorpSouth – Fort Smith, and is an Air Force veteran. He achieved the S.I.O.R. designation in 1998 and holds a broker’s license in both Arkansas and Oklahoma.

Greta Barr has been involved in commercial real estate since 2004 when she joined Nunnelee Commercial Properties as property manager. Since that time, she has become licensed as a broker in both Arkansas and Oklahoma and completed many transactions. Her experience with many different tenants and landlords, both as a property manager and as a broker has helped Greta become an asset for commercial property representation.

Greta is an active member at First Lutheran Church, Fort Smith, and has served on the school board of First Lutheran School. She is an active board member for local non-profit organizations such as Girls Inc., has served on the Fort Smith Chamber Board of Directors and serves on a local bank Subsidiary Board of Directors. She is a 2014 graduate of Leadership Fort Smith and holds a B.A. in psychology from Oklahoma State University.
 

Greta Barr

Jackson Mendenhall is a born and raised Fort Smith citizen. He is a proud alumnus of Subiaco Academy, where he attended high school, and The University of Arkansas where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management.

Jackson began his career in commercial real estate as a summer intern for Nunnelee & Wright, which led to him pursuing his real estate license in 2018. Since joining the brokerage fulltime in 2020, Jackson now holds active licenses in both Arkansas and Oklahoma and is the head of the Multifamily Property Management branch of NWCP.

Jackson is a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Fort Smith Chamber of Commerce.

Ashley DeLaet has been with Nunnelee & Wright Commercial Properties since 2005. Before starting with the company she acted as a Residential Leasing Agent with Sexton & Associates in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
